From application to funding, our various settlement services help process and close real estate transactions in a timely manner. Our settlement team can act as an extension of the client, reflecting a seamless merger between the originator and United Land.

Closing Services
United Land provides a network of trained closing agents and attorneys throughout the country to perform closings. Our United Land approved closers must meet the highest standards as well as attend our closing seminars
Document Preparation Service
United Land will prepare all bank security instruments and loan documents based on lender specifications
Disbursement
United Land will fund all loans as per clients instructions
Loan Processing
United Lands Closing Coordinators are trained to handle all aspects of the closing process
including but not limited to:
Contacting borrowers on behalf of the lender
Recognizing the needs of each individual borrower and assisting them
Explaining terms and conditions of various bank products
Obtaining bank specific documentation such as W-2s, tax returns, homeowners insurance & utility bills
Conducting appropriate title searches and clearing any title issues that may arise
Forwarding all necessary documentation to bank underwriters on behalf of the borrower
Coordinate and schedule the loan closing
Post Closing Services
Review completed closing package to ensure bank conditions are collected
Record all necessary instruments with the Register's Office
Disburse all required payoffs
Scan and ship closing package back to lender
